This group is for single moms in the DMV that are on the move! On the move doing great things to better their own little family, besides working full-time/part-time but involved in special interests on a local, national or international level.

I couldn't find a forum for single mothers and fathers of mixed race children, so I decided to start one. Let's get together, get to know each other, plan child-friendly events where we can take our children and sometimes have someone watch the children while we get some adult time together.

This is a group for fathers and/or mothers (single, married, divorced) in Howard County and the surrounding area who want to do group activities ("playdates")with their children and build build a support network with other local fathers and mothers.
